I washed and refilled the hummingbird feeder today. It's very hot here
in Southern SC today. In all my years of bird watching I've never seen
tufted titmice competing with hummingbirds to get at sugar water.

The yellow throated warbler has been back at the bath, too. They're too
cute!

haha! opportunistic! i hope the sugar isn't a harm
to them.

i'd say put out some more birdbaths. we enjoy having
those here and keep them clean and have a lot of variety
of birds using them so it makes the effort well worth
it. instead of having bird feeders we just do the bird-
baths.

I can only surmise the birds know whether or not it's good for them. :)

I always have a source of fresh water for the birds. I keep the bath I
have clean and filled year round. Don't really see the need for another
bird bath.

I only put a seed feeder out in the winter - what little there is of
winter down here. It doesn't usually get cold until December, January.
